Given you're still reading this and you haven’t seen the salary yet (because there is none in this narrative), your motivations are not strictly financial. That's great because for us money is a commodity that frankly, is easy to acquire nowadays. Ragnarson you will set your salary to whatever you think is right, based on the company's budget, feedback from the people you have worked with and the market comparison. Nobody will have a right to interfere with that decision.

What do we expect from you?
- At least 4+ years of commercial experience
- Excellent knowledge of Ruby on Rails
- Great knowledge of the PostgreSQL database
Additionally:
- Good command of written and spoken English (min B2)
- Good command of written and spoken Polish (min B1)
- A consulting mindset and readiness to help client/PO lead their projects from the technical side
- Ability and motivation to lead a team of developers
- Mentoring skills
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of one of the JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js or React.js.
