Scrum Master
Salary: 10 000 - 15 000 PLN聽 net B2B

Project:
As a purveyor of the agile principle, you will participate in the development of the platform that connects customers and producers and give them the opportunity to research, discover, collaborate, negotiate and purchase chemistries and products quickly and repeatedly. You will interact very closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams, contributing business and functional requirements, performing feasibility analysis, and predicting/managing issues in each development sprint.聽
Our team:
The team in Rzesz贸w consists of Release Manager and Architect, Project Manager,聽 3 Backend Developers, 3 Front-end Developers, QA Specialist, Graphic Designers, and Testers who report to Tech Lead located in the office.
What we expect you to be doing?
Your duties will include, among others, analyzing, facilitating, modeling and organizing information in order to elicit requirements, reconcile conflicts, and distinguishing solution ideas from business needs, facilitating scrum events including daily scrums, refinements, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and assisting in project planning and tracking activities. You will be responsible for supporting the team, optimizing team efficiency, keeping team members engaged, involved, and informed. You will also have the opportunity to bring in your ideas and experiment.聽聽
