We are looking for an experienced front-end technical lead.
You will
- Participate in the web portal development, testing, deployment and maintenance
- Assist in the web portal implementations and development from gathering requirements to testing
- Communicate with business professionals on business considerations
- Propose new web solutions, frameworks according to the requirements and market conditions
- Consults on matching application requirements to the platform and development tools
- Lead, collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience designers, developers, testers and others to develop, execute, and release web portal
- Work with the product owner
Must have
- Experience with Front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JS frameworks: React, Angular
- Knowledge of backend technology: Java/J2EE, NodeJS
- At least 3 years experience as a web application technical lead
- At least 5 years overall software design experience
- Knowledge of web development tools, Unit and e2e web application testing
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience in successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to deliver documents or presentations at an appropriate level of detail to various groups such as engineers, 3rd party developers, visitors at trade shows, or senior management
- Curate the backlog and work daily with the Scrum team
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- Ability to communicate ideas to technical teams and business partners
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Web application security technologies
- Experience with animation libraries
