Javascript engineer - Vue.JS

We are in search of a JavaScript developer to join the fun, using advanced JavaScript, CSS, and Vue.js or React to optimize design, performance, and quality, while continuously evolving our technology stack.

Day to day, you will be responsible for all front end aspects, from designing complex applications to ensuring a positive user experience by analyzing code.

Our ideal candidate has an eye for design and the ability to create clean, sharp, and responsive layouts from designs with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. The JavaScript developer will join an amazing development and design team that’s constantly challenged working with the latest technologies, creating life-changing solutions, and having a great time doing it.

Objectives
Architect, design, develop, and assist in the development of web application to support internal and external clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with a team of developers to design end-to-end, industry-leading systems and solutions
Rapidly prototype new ideas, concepts, and designs
Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
Research and develop new web and mobile technology applications to improve user interface
Responsibilities
Write, modify, and debug web applications using Vue.js or React.js, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Design, code, and manage automated test scripts, continuous builds, and deployment
Create modern and responsive layouts from designs and messaging provided by the creative team
Develop new features, enhance existing features, and implement bug fixes in existing code
Self-document development processes, conduct peer reviews, and give actionable feedback
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks such as JQuery
Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams
Solid communication, organization, and leadership skills
Knowledge of client-side single-page applications using modern frameworks like Vue.JS
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Unit/integration testing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in building enterprise analytics front ends
Portfolio on GitHub or other platform

As the company grows, we’re looking for an experienced infrastructure engineer to join the team and be a development leader for our Intempt platform and services. This could be a senior role reporting directly to Intempt’s Head of Engineering with plenty of freedom and control to architect a real production system - with a ton of room for improvement.

What we're looking for
All of our infrastructure and systems have gone through several iterations, but have ultimately been built by a small/scrappy team of passionate developers. Our platform these days is pretty solid, but it took us a long time and a lot of trial and error to get here. What we’re looking for now is someone who is comfortable and confident in owning microservices and taking it to the next level.
