What are your daily tasks?
- Design solutions with your team
- Develop those solutions and make sure their conform to the team's definition of done
- Do code reviews during pull requests
- Attend Scrum ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective, refinement)
- Take care of psychological safety of others
- Take initiative (not only regarding engineering practices but also business aspects of the product)
- Share your experience and knowledge and be opened to new ideas
