your tasks
Write, modify, and debug software for client applications
Use source debuggers and visual development environments
Test and document software for client applications
Write code to create single-threaded, multi-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone and those which access servers or services
what we expect
Degree in Computer Science or related degree/qualification
Recent programming experience, preferably in Python and Perl
Understanding of Virtualization technologies
Understanding of Containers technologies
Experience with Hypervisors (VMWare, KVM, Xen)
Experience with GIT
5+ years experience
nice to have:
Experience in Unix/Linux to a system administrator level Agile/DevOps, CI/CD
Strong understanding of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and network automation
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or Chef
Knowledge and experience PostgreSQL, MySQL
Database API experience with REST APIs and data formats such as XML (and XSL transforms) and JSON
