THINGS YOU WILL DO
- As a independent Senior Java Developer you will work with a new (2018), free banking application that helps everyone to start, run and maintenance their new businesses
- You will share your best practices about backend development in Scrum cross-functional team
- You will develop clean, elegant, and reusable code that is well-tested and easy to maintain and extend
- You will work with stakeholders in international environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot/Micronaut, and object-oriented programming
- Knowledge functional programming languages
- Strong knowledge in testing (unit, acceptance, integration testing) and BDD/TDD,
- Very beneficial experience in event sourcing/message driven architecture, Kafka
- Experience in working with restful APIs (REST), Docker, Kubernetes
- Multi-year experience in continuous integration with GitHub, Jenkins
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Good understanding of cloud, web, and architectural design patterns
- Excellent English skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Practical experience on at least one cloud (pref. AWS)
- Experience in integration with 3rd party applications and vendors
