We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer (PHP) for a German company on the market since almost 10 years, specializing in lead generation and brand awareness. They work across Europe and their clients include major FMCG, fashion and automotive companies.
You would be responsible for a new product they are launching in the research industry. It is a monetisation solution for app/website owners to monetise their user base by offering them rewarded surveys. They are eager to find an experienced developer to take over the IT Lead of the project.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with PHP and SQL
- Deep knowledge of Laravel
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Experience dealing with big sets of data
- Familiar with Docker, Git and CI/CD
- Creative and capable of solving problems and come up with new ideas
- Great English skills (B2 minimum)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS) is a big plus
- Experience with an additional development language
- Worked with NoSQL (MogoDB, Elasticsearch)
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain the project by adding new features and solve problems
- Leverage modern technologies and cloud infrastructure to build highly available and scalable systems
- Propose solutions to optimise the performance of the application
