Software Engineer Team Lead

BlackSwan Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and driven Software Engineer to join our growing team in Poland. You will have a great opportunity to contribute to building and maintaining our SaaS platform and help to grow our international Support team. You will be working alongside our global teams: R&D, Product, Quality, Customer Success and Delivery. If you are a skilled communicator, customer-focused and tech-savvy, this job is for you.

What we are looking for:
-       Focus on building and developing the team and its members
-       Coordination and leadership skills
-       Min 2 years of Support / Maintenance or Development experience
-       Effective prioritisation skills and time management
-       Ability to work under pressure with critical applications
-       Proactiveness in improvement introduction
-       Self-sufficiency in troubleshooting and ability to work as part of a team
-       Critical eye for code quality
-       Ability to propose and introduce fixes and hotfixes in production environments
-       English C1

Technical skills:
-       Good knowledge of Angular 8/9
-       Good knowledge of Java (J2EE)
-       Experience managing Tomcat server
-       Good knowledge administering and programming for MySQL
-       Fluency in working with AWS docker based and serverless applications
-       Familiarity with Linux, Bash, Python as a plus
-       AWS/Tomcat monitoring experience would be advantageous
