Opis
Projects overview: We work for both international and Polish clients. We are proud of about 100 successfully completed projects and try our best to reach the most demanding customers from the technical point of view. Your job will be to either develop new products from scratch, maintain them, or add some functionality to existing products.

Office location: Katowice/Gdynia/Szczecin

Remote work: even 100%

Requirements:

  • We expect you to be proficient in Ruby on Rails
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator
  • An expert in object-oriented or functional programming
  • A practitioner of Test-Driven development
  • A competent pair programmer who can share knowledge effectively
  • Pragmatic with an awareness of your customers’ needs and the problem you are solving for them
  • Enthusiastic about APIs and high-level system design
  • Work closely with architects on application life cycle, technical debt management, and target architectures
  • Develop and maintain a common mindset to implement DevSecOps principles where people take ownership of the entire service, not just limited to code development and deployment
  • Applying relevant SW engineering practices, including e.g. agile testing strategies, pair programming, etc.
  • Use of modern cloud-based services, proactive monitoring, and relevant open source frameworks and tools that deliver high-quality services and attract talent to the teams
