Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in work related to IT software development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects
- Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process
- Being able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions
- Experience conducting large scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
- A proactive approach towards the area
- Ability to actively initiate, lead and challenge architecture and processes, optimization and introducing new solutions,
- Ability to mentor other team members also from the development perspective
- Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the Project/Service
- Experience in implementing integrations and microservices
- English at least at C1 level
Technical expectations
- Fluency in at least one programming language and its frameworks (Java/Spring, JavaScript/Angular/React preferred)
- Experience in architecting and designing microservices
- Very good knowledge of software engineering patterns
- Hands-on experience in cloud-native systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in building APIs
- Knowledge of software quality tools and techniques
