We're looking for React Developers for a top-notch legal publishing company from Norway, which operates one of the largest and fastest-growing e-commerce platforms in the country! The company provides books and legal source tools for professionals and students, with over 150+ shops in Norway. We are now seeking to strengthen our team with great people to shape our journey towards becoming the best digital home for book lovers, families with kids, knowledge seekers, and casual readers across Norway.

Requirements

  • JavaScript,¬†React
  • Experience in working with¬†UI/UX graphic designers
  • Experience in working in a¬†cross-functional product team, or a fast-paced environment (not corporate)
  • Fluent English¬†(B2 at the very minimum, ideally C1)


Responsibilities


  • Product development in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, product, content, analytics, sales & market
  • Working with quality from day one
  • Developing software for both external and internal users
  • Building scalable, user-friendly, and solid solutions

Team methodology


  • A mix of scrum & Kanban
  • 2-week cycle sprints
  • An absolute minimum of meetings
  • Short daily meetings
  • Planning/retro/demo

How we work together

We organize ourselves in a nimble and tight cross-functional team consisting of a Product Manager, a UX lead, a Lead engineer and we collaborate across the organization for content sourcing and creation, insights, marketing, etc. The team is experienced in working remotely with team members based in Norway and Poland.
