You will be a part of the leadership team, working with leaders across Gda艅sk Lab and the company to ensure the achievement of company goals and supporting the development of your teams.
We are fully remote until Covid-19 pandemic is declared over and it is safe to socialize. In the Post-Covid-19 reality we offer hybrid model, a fusion of remote and at-the-office work.
You鈥檒l be responsible for:
- Managing several聽development teams聽and collaborating with internal partners聽cross-lab.
- Defining the聽organizational setup聽of the teams and growing them by聽finding the right talents聽with dedicated local and international recruiting.
- Inspiring and empowering聽your team through mentorship and coaching, providing career guidance and driving聽cross-lab team alignment.
- Extending the聽business value聽of the lab and conducting development-side ownership of聽product capabilities.
- Planning, monitoring, and steering聽strategic development聽topics, taking part in strategic聽roadmap planning, and improving聽development processes.
- Living, supporting, and developing聽the聽Dynatrace values and culture, translating聽vision into the competencies聽of the lab and driving innovation.
- Supporting collaboration with universities, institutions, and user groups and聽strengthening Dynatrace鈥檚 popularity.
- Driving solutions and innovation聽by excellence, not by hierarchy, and聽leading through empowerment.
Desired skills & experience:
- Several years of experience in building and scaling聽successful software teams聽(15+ people).
- Ability to work and聽scale聽within a fast-growing and聽agile company聽and to think and plan strategically.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members and other leaders.
- Proven track record of building a culture that encourages autonomy, innovation, teamwork, and productivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for working with different audiences.
