Ready to drive the scope and management requirements on multinational and cross-disciplinary projects. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for contact with the client to elicit, analyze, validate, document, communicate and manage business requirements and solution scope for different programs/projects to implement integrated enterprise-level solutions.
A candidate possessing
- A concept of enterprise business operations and specifics, especially from IT perspective
- Understanding of the enterprise digital transformation concept
- Experience with cutting-edge technological trends (Big Data, IoT, cybersecurity, clouds, BI, etc.)
- Good knowledge of software development specifics and methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)
- Excellent knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
- Understanding of business architecture frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF, etc.)
- Сomprehension of management principles and project management specifics
- Excellent knowledge of business process modeling
- Knowledge of prototyping and modeling tools
- Sound communication, negotiation, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
- Upper-intermediate strong English level

- Business context of the enterprise and provide it to the development team in order to implement complex integrated enterprise solutions to meet the client’s business needs
- Business requirements to provide innovative solutions and recommend system, product, and process enhancements
- Defining 'as-is' state for complex enterprise solutions, modeling 'to be' state, identifying and assessing gaps, and proposing improvements
- Analyzing solution requirements, defining non-functional requirements, overseeing technical and business constraints, external interfaces, risks and assumptions
- Determining stakeholders influence and their attitude towards the project, solution approach, and team members
- Managing solution scope, identifying and assessing impact, and tracking changes. Establishing a change management process where applicable
- Facilitating the requirements prioritization process and communicating technical risks, constraints, and dependencies effectively
- Project/Program Manager to align requirements management processes with the project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management
