2-3 years of proven experience in project management with record track of successfully delivered projects
Experienced in working with enterprise clients, navigating internal politics, managing stakeholders’ interests and expectations
Strong technical background
Understanding of traditional and agile project management methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Excellent people management and conflict-resolving skills
Excellent management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
Strategic thinking with the ability to transform strategy into actionable tasks
Willingness to travel up to 25% of working time
Willingness to work extended hours in situations, which require fast processing, or appear to be force-majeure
Spoken German will be a big plus

Create and maintain the project management documentation and revise it as appropriate.
Manage the project-related day-to-day operational activities, provide project status reports to stakeholders, including high-level status reports from the perspective of the client, people, and business development.
Team management starting from staffing, and proceeding with workload, motivation, career development, compensation, and expectations management
Implementation and usage of the best-in-class delivery metrics to reach and maintain a high level of performance
Ensure the project-related metrics, such as NPS, ESAT, and the turnover rate, are at the target level
Ensure that the project’s financial forecasts are met with expenses managed according to the available budget
Expectations management where project manager balances the client’s needs and goals with the available resources and constraints.
Communication management using a range of tools and approaches to ensure effective and efficient 2-way communication is practiced
Stakeholder management through alignment of the different goals and needs between all levels of individuals or organizations, involved with the project
Coordinating and integrating business development activities across multiple organizational units and divisions
