We're looking for a Cloud/Backend Developer for a virtual production studio, democratising CGI (computer-generated imagery) and VFX (visual effects), giving millions of independent content creators the ability to create high quality, photorealistic, VFX for their projects in moments, at low cost and with technical ease.

Requirements
Highly skilled and passionate with intermediate experience in building complex production-grade architectures on AWS
3+ years of professional experience
Fluent English (B2 at the very minimum, ideally C1) with an ability to communicate and explain code and conceptions
High level of proactivity and resourcefulness - it’s a dynamic startup environment, you’ll not have preplanned & extensively described Jira tasks, the expectation is to suggest the best solution to the assignment from yourself
Responsibilities
Designing and securing our backend while maintaining 99.95% backend uptime as we scale
Developing the necessary integration software and support tools
Product development in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, product, content, analytics, sales & marketing
Contact with the company's clients and their technical team throughout the entire process
