Currently we are looking for Senior Digital Designer to join one of the biggest banks in Cracow!

The role of the Senior Digital Designer is to work in a cross functional agile providing wide range of creative services to enhance the Innovation Programme initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Work directly with the Lead Designer and other team members to deliver quality creative services
Creating concepts and prototype pitches for wide range of designs
Creating digital design (web applications, marketing materials, presentations etc.)
Creating motion design (videos and animations)
Creating branding for Innovation Programme and work to ensure branding guidelines are met in all ongoing projects
Working as part of multi-disciplinary agile pods with other technical, creative and business roles
Providing creative advice and support to Leadership and project teams across Innovation Programme
Skills/Experience Required:
Good sense of style and aesthetics, portfolio demonstrating a breadth of visual creativity and ability in graphic, interface and motion design
5+ years of experience creating design for commercial digital products (websites, applications, games), broad experience in graphic design, UI, logos, banners, etc.
Excellent command of designer toolkit and software - Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
The ideal candidates for this role will also have expertise in HTML 5 / bootstrap / CSS / jquery; animation and motion design
Knowledge is desirable, but not essential in the following: Microsoft SharePoint 2013/Online – publishing features; Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban; Agile Tooling – Jira, Confluence, Slack
