⚡ We're looking for a versatile technical leader who likes getting their hands dirty, to join us at conquering the world of e-commerce. At this position You will:
Own the technical roadmap at a retailtech startup – where tech challenges are just as stimulating as business challenges
Build up ambitious roadmap, let yourself dream about growing team without limitation in order to build an Unicorn that will be faster than global players
Add more features as quickly as possible to win the markets one by one. We are planning growth globally already!
Lead the tech team by example and mentorship, implementing, maintaining and advocating for best practices – but know when and how to take on or pay back technical debt
Work with the product team to suggest and explore ideas, help them understand costs and tradeoffs, provide analytics and insights – and help the tech team understand product priorities
Keep an owner’s eye over the architecture of our systems, how they are deployed and how they scale – and know when to get extra help with hard challenges
Learn our current stack (see below) – and help grow, shrink and reshape it where needed
Help source and identify world class engineers – and attract them to join our mission

? Who are you?
You have3+ years of software engineering experience at high tech, product-driven companies
You’re a keen and fast learner and you like solving difficult puzzles with many variables – even if they require a lot of perseverance
You’re good at communicating your thoughts and listening to others
You have empathy towards users, their problems and their experience with the product you’re building
You’re comfortable with taking calculated risks, owning decisions, making mistakes and learning from them
? Nice to haves:
You’ve worked in an e-commerce / mobile app / marketplace
You have experience with integrations between e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, Shoplo or integrators such as Baselinker, Zapier
You were responsible for product development strategy
You have worked with systems based on machine learning, neural networks,
You understand basics of digital marketing, marketing automation, programmatic advertising, adservers etc
You had cooperated with business intelligence or BigData teams
