About the company
Amarula Solutions was founded in 2009 in Amsterdam by a group of computer engineers and entrepreneurs active in the field of embedded technologies. We are the first company in the world to develop the first integrated wireless communication and messaging system for Android (still used by the Dutch Navy). Since 2011 we’ve worked with Wincor Nixdorf to build the first payment SmartPos in the world. International projects and collaborations increase with important partners such as Gen2Wave, Legrand / BTICINO and Lugtrack. New business paths opened in 2016 confirmed the growth of Amarula Solutions with the opening of an office in Prague in 2017, and in Cardiff where a new electronic division was born: Amarula Electronics.

Responsibilities:
- Development of embedded software in the user space with hardware interaction
- Improve daily through peer review with experienced Linux kernel developers
- Work on innovative Linux-based devices that will come to market with your code inside
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members when solving problems
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of the C / C ++ language
- Good knowledge of Linux / Posix programming
- Good knowledge of Git
- Focus on quality and clean code
- Team development
- English language for technical documentation and communication

Work environment
Amarula is formed by a team of developers and QA engineers who have worked on embedded firmware applications, linux kernel, native and cross-platform mobile apps for many years. This is our protein knowledgebase.
