The client is a well-funded VC-backed startup from LA, ahead of a rapid engineering scale-up. It's a company in the IT industry, a transformative solutions provider and integrator, specializing in advisory and training.
About You:
- Can jump in mid-projects (all our projects are running),
- Will be present in client meetings taking notes,
- Keep an overview of all projects,
- Will be establishing and managing tools like Kanban boards and timelines on Notion,
- Will answer the team's questions on requirements/updates/client feedback,
- Very flexible in time and comfortable working in the evenings (a lot of clients are based in the US, so meetings are often between 5pm-9pm),
- Ideally have some knowledge of development and design (to follow the conversations and terminology),
- Very good communication skills,
- Very strong English skills (other languages are a plus, at the moment Polish is a clear advantage in the team)
Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with clients in order to thoroughly understand their business and build partnership relations.
- Managing teams of programmers and testers
- Monitoring the progress in the implementation of a given task until its closure, as well as checking the functionality performed
- Cooperation with other Project Managers, allowing for proper management of joint ventures and gathering knowledge
- Preparation of project reports and presentation of progress
