Project

Manages multiple programs utilizing Agile principles and provides guidance to scrum teams on all aspects of Agile Software development with a strong focus on Scrum practices. Recognized as a knowledge resource on initiatives across the company for a variety of internal/external customers. Operates with broad latitude in support of organization priorities.


Responsibilities

Responsible for aligning the efforts of departmental or cross-functional teams to support the company鈥檚 strategic objectives. Coordinates product benefits and capabilities to sustain, enhance and deliver portfolio objectives. Manages ongoing work through governance structures, creating high-level plans that provide guidance to programs where detailed plans are established. Drives alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by the organization. Removes barriers that prevent efficient execution of product increments.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Drives scrum of scrum
  • Accountable for planning and for overseeing the successful delivery of the program鈥檚 output
  • An active stakeholder in quarterly roadmap/release planning
  • Integrates testing strategy at a program & release level
  • Coordinates and engages all associated product areas and creates a holistic program/release plan
  • Engages all stakeholders/product teams throughout the program/release
  • Removes cross-product impediments to ensure program/release success
  • Manages scope, a timeline for the overall program/releases
  • Updates release timeline in a corporate tool(s) as needed
  • Communicates plan (scope, schedule and risks) to all stakeholders
  • Manages program and tracks, monitors and communicates progress (scope, schedule and risks) to all stakeholders including customers
  • Facilitates collaboration across different BUs and product teams for ensuring program success including managing dependencies across a product line, 3rd Parties, vendors & customers
  • Coordinates go/no-go decision making for program release in conjunction with key stakeholders

Must have

  • Proven leadership ability
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience
  • Advanced computer software skills
  • Ability to organize and conduct training or workshops for large groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent
  • CSM required

Nice to have

  • PMI-ACP preferred
  • SAFe certifications preferred

  • The budget for this position is up to 145 PLN/h net on B2B or 18 300 PLN gross on standard work agreement
