You will
- Administration of our Cloud services (Atlassian, Google Workspace)
- Maintenance of critical IT infrastructure and systems
- User maintenance in Okta
- Support the other departments in telenor|digital
- Systems integration to聽automate user lifecycle
- Device management
- Maintain and update documentation (Confluence)
- Some end-user support is to聽be expected
- Maintain video conference solutions (Google Meet, MS Teams, Pexip/Cisco)
- Some traveling is to be expected
Must have
- Administering Atlassian聽(Jira/Confluence), Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta
- Write good聽technical documentation
- Good understanding of networking (P2P VPN,聽Wifi)
- Can support users with basic configurations on聽Windows/macOS/Linux
- MDM/Device聽management
- Day-to-day maintenance of Linux systems (Radius server, etc.)
- Understanding of one of the mainstream cloud providers (AWS,聽GCP, and聽Azure)
- Good understanding of聽IT security
Nice to have
- Some experience in programming (in support of IT operations in at least one programming language: Go, Python, PERL, Shell, etc.)
- Experience with Juniper devices (Junos CLI)
- Good understanding of WiFi Authentication mechanisms and troubleshooting
- Some experience with configuration management tools
- Some experience with infrastructure-as-code tools

- The minimum budget is聽90 PLN/h on B2B or 11 400 PLN on standard work agreement
