Currently we are looking for Chief Enterprise Architect for Europe region to join one of the biggest worldwide financial institutions in Cracow!
Principal responsibilities
Champion the development and implementation of Future State Architecture (both business and technology architecture).
Drive synergies across multiple countries through a consistent business architecture and identify opportunties for standardisation and reduction of complexity.
Govern the introduction of new techniques, products, services, technologies and standards where needed against identified use cases and taking into account regional and global commercial factors through the appropriate governance bodies.
Accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the design and material decision making on major architectural activities across Europe.
Accountable for the identification, management and remediation of material design issues associated with major architectural activities.
Govern architecture standards and have a holistic knowledge of the Group鈥檚 most critical business systems.
Stay abreast of technology trends and advise IT and the business about potential benefits/impacts.
Responsible for leading a commercially aware architectural design practice for multiple Global Businesses and/or Global Functions across Europe

Requirements
Minimum of 10-15+ years experience in IT preferably (not mandatory) in the financial services industry.
Minimum of 5+ years experience in global organisations in an executive leadership position as Head of Architecture / Head of IT / CIO / CTO.
Experienced in architecting and leading large technology scale change (USD $50+ Million and team size of 100+).
Track record of business architecture implementation and experience of process redesign and/or process simplification in support of efficiency and transformation objectives.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences including boards/senior executive management.
Experience of modern architecture applying APIs, micro services, data foundation, advanced analytics and leading Cloud provider capabilities.
Experience working in across breadth of architecture covering Business, Application, Data,聽Technology architecture domains across a complex domain.
