You will
- Regularly engage with our customers/internal developers to聽deeply understand their needs
- Collect and analyze customer data to聽enhance product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Build and engage Developer Community to聽build trust and streamline communication
- Partner with business general managers to聽prioritize both short- and long-term initiatives to聽deliver business impact reliably and consistently
- Create and deliver concise documentation covering the technical scope of Developer Platform
- Support development Scrum teams in all documentation related tasks
- Drive documentation projects through the complete development cycle: scope deliverables, talk to聽stakeholders, write, edit, and produce customer-facing documentation for both GUI and API environments
- Learn and master new documentation tools, methods, and delivery mechanisms as the work requires
- Migrate and refresh existing documentation to聽Gitdocs
Must have
- 5+ years聽of work experience
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in computer science or a聽related field
- Experienced in聽Technical Writing聽role
- Experience writing technical publications or other documentation for software-based systems
- Excellent writing, editing, attention to聽detail, and problem-solving skills
- English native or fluent in writing/reading
- Technical documentation format knowledge:聽Markdown,聽AsciiDoc.,聽MS Office聽skills: SharePoint, PowerPoint
- Proven ability to聽manage the complete documentation process
- Familiarity with documenting APIs and Engineer 2 Engineer products
