How you will get the job done:
· Understand and support business requirements and design/adequate technical software solutions
· Organize technical team (backlog, design notes, code reviews, operations…), take responsibility and leadership for all technical activities and support product owner accordingly
· Design, implement, test, deploy and operate technical solutions around API management (incl. API developer portal)
· Support consulting service around API design and publication
Skills and experience you will need:
· Several years of working experience in the area of software development with focus on web development and REST API design and consumption
· Experience with Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft application development
· Sound knowledge of agile development methodology incl. DevOps covering the whole life cycle of a software product (incl. maintenance)
· Professional knowledge in common development domains like version control, automated deployment/testing
· Experience in requirements and technical product documentation
· Highly committed, good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as a team player
· Experience in the insurance industry would be an asset
· Good English is a must
