Our Scrum team in Krak贸w is focused on developing a suite of modern web applications and e-commerce platforms offered through our team to our customers across the globe.
You will
- Decompose user stories and driving technical conversations
- Work with team to聽scope work and produce estimates to聽help define deliverables and timelines
- Collaborate with architects to聽advance product features/development
- Understand and advocate best practices in high-level system designs
- Lead and drive functional and technical design requirements for development and provide overall platform domain expertise
- Lead, collaborate with, and motivate cross-functional teams of user experience designers, developers, testers, and others to聽develop, execute, and release Salesforce services in alignment with major program/portfolio and/or product roadmaps
Must have
- Ability to聽create technical documentation, requirements, designs, and user story for over business solutions
- Ability to聽communicate ideas to聽technical teams and business partners
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to聽blend them together in the right proportions to聽fit a聽project and business environment
- Experience in successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects
- Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, business administration, or related field
