Job Description
As a Junior Technical Project Manager at YND, you will actively participate in software product delivery and work with cross-functional teams.
Which means:
- analyse and help to break down business requirements into implementable features
- capture and track the delivery of planned work
- communicate and resolve the impediments
- shorten feedback loops
- help to maintain the product backlog
- provide input during discussions leading to correct, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions
- participate in discussions around management methods, agile practices and tools selected for the project management process in YND
Requirements
- analytical thinking
- great communication skills (written & spoken, Polish and English)
- technical background or engineering education
- experience with Agile software development
- eager to learn and improve
Nice to have
- experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
- Agile certification
