Job responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and deploying business solutions using the .Net and Microsoft Azure platform based on business requirements,
- Act as Technical Lead in projects,
- Responsibility for applying the best standards and practices in projects and organizations,
- Lead effective meetings with clients,
- Support collaboration within internal teams,
- Synchronize work between multiple teams,
- Adopting new technologies in projects and organizations,
- Preparing Technical Input for offering and Proof of Concept for business requirements,
- Proposing Tools and technology best fitted to business requirements,
- Support backlog creation, estimation and maintenance,
- Breaks down project scope into smaller items
- Removing blockers and obstacles in projects,
- Preparation of project documentation,
- Be a mentor for the team.
Requirements:
- Min. 8+ years' experience in developer, architect, or pre-sales role. Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead developer in projects for various clients,
- Deep understanding of the Clean Code principles,
- Expert knowledge in the field of at least two areas from the list of Design Patterns, Enterprise Application Architecture, DevOps, Database, FrontEnd,
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including .Net, SQL Server, ASP.MVC, JavaScript, Azure (especially WebApps, Functions, AD, Storage, Service Bus, Application Insights),
- Fluent English,
- Good soft skills: negotiation, communication, conflict resolution Solid analytical, and conceptual skills,
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Certificates: AZ-203, AZ-303 etc,
- Docker & Kubernetes practical competencies.
