Opis
You will
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone
  • Search for qualified KB articles and provide related solutions
  • Maintain an understanding of Avigilon software and products, including cameras, servers, and networks.
  • Ensure all requests are tracked and maintained accurately in a聽case management system
  • Balance hands-on guidance with self-serve resources
  • Adhere to聽metrics-driven performance

Must have
  • Experience in a聽customer service role
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and focused with a聽passion for technology and customer satisfaction
  • Be able to聽quickly learn and understand new ideas and concepts
  • English fluency required

Nice to have
  • Contact center experience
  • Degree, diploma, or certificates in a聽related discipline
  • Prior surveillance industry experience
  • French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian fluency
