On behalf of the client, we’re looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner to join the company’s incredible 20-person engineering team. You can work remotely or from their beautiful office in Poznań or mix it up – it’s up to you. The company is looking to build a core team for a new, nifty product that they plan to introduce in the upcoming months.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to drive projects from idea to “live”. You will be responsible for defining the process, establishing a cadence to communicate statuses/blockers/bugs, and working closely with all parties to deliver results.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the full life-cycle of product/project development and leadership
- Fluency in Polish and expert-written and verbal communications in English
- Expert-level mastery knowledge of 1+ project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc)
- Knowledge of Confluence, Google Suite, and/or Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of agile methodology
- Willingness to stay with the company for a long time to build and hold a strong team
Nice to haves/pluses:
- Experience working in a remote environment across multiple time zones
- Availability in the evenings for meetings scheduled in the Polish time +9 hours is a plus (Polish 18:00 is 9:00 in LA)
Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership of our technical define a delivery cadence for a specific value stream
- Prepare updates for stakeholders, communicate blockers or bugs, and share status updates
- Deliver 1+ key initiatives within this value stream
- Define and develop a clear roadmap for this value stream for future quarters
- Define and improve processes with a focus on results
- Communicate effectively between business stakeholders, marketing and technology
