Must-haves:
- experience in working as Scrum Master (min. 2 years),
- excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile methodologies,
- excellent English skills,
- Confluence/Jira.
Nice-to-haves:
- PSM certificate or similar,
- experience in providing Agile-concentrated trainings/workshops,
- software development or project management background,
- UX/UI design skills.
