Core Tech:
Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT experience (developer, technical lead, development lead or engineering lead)
- Proficient in JavaScript (including React, Redux)
- JS build tools (eg. Webpack) and the NPM/Node ecosystem
- Super high level of seniority and independence, able to make technical decisions
- Previous experience in building complex systems
- Have strong communication skills and fluent English (B2 at the very least)
Pluses:
- React Native
- University education in software engineering/computer science
Technologies we use (not everything is required):
- React and Redux

- AWS
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Postgres, Redis

Your responsibilities may include:
- Making strategic decisions on end-to-end experiences to advance business needs
- Collaborating with your team to convert technical requirements and architecture into an actionable roadmap and plans
- Collaborating with your team to develop large-scale applications and features used by tens of thousands of businesses
- Iterating on your work to meet business needs
- Provision of hands-on technical leadership to the team to ensure they are "building and supporting things right" and that solutions are fit for purpose
- Planning, estimating, and conducting work in an agile format
- Providing technical mentoring to the team and keep them motivated
- You and your team will be responsible for the entire development process, from prototyping to development, testing and deployment.
- Helping others to grow their technical skills
- Providing technical standards and assuming accountability for successful development and architectural scalability
- Taking smart risks and championing your own ideas
Ideal candidate:
- Has a strong passion in designing and building cutting-edge software and well-structured and easily-maintainable code
- Product-focused. We are seeking developers who work to build something remarkable, not just to earn money. People who care about the product, who want to be a part of a bigger ecosystem. Who have 3+ years of working for one company in their resume
- Has experience working effectively and independently, taking high-level business requirements, developing detailed technical requirements and then executing on those technical requirements
- Has the ability to guide & develop team members on technical front
