Our teams develop mission-critical software for handling emergency (911, 112) calls. The teams are responsible for end-to-end software development including design, implementation, testing, delivery, and maintenance.
We work in co-located, well-balanced Scrum teams with a聽full range of software development experience. We聽embrace the DevOps culture and Continuous Delivery approach. Tests are automated on multiple levels (UT, box, performance, and end-to-end). Several months back we聽started developing completely new products from an empty codebase.
You will
As a聽Software Engineer on the call handling team, you will help us to聽build new features enhance our existing software, tools, and help delight our customers by聽extending our application capabilities and enhancing the existing technologies we聽use. You will help design and build new APIs, web services, and microservices while supporting the operations of our cloud-based solution.
Must have
- At least 5 years experience with聽Java聽and reactive programming
- Practical knowledge about microservices and聽REST API
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields
- English language skills at a聽level allowing efficient communication
Nice to have
- Experience with C# and .NET platforms
- Experience with cloud databases
- Familiarity with Azure, Kubernetes
