On behalf of the client, we’re looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to join the company for which nothing is more
important than making sure they can deliver the best product experience to their creators as quickly as possible
You can work remotely or from their beautiful office in Poznań or mix it up – it’s up to you.
As a Product Manager / Product Owner, you will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to drive projects from idea to “live”. You will be responsible for defining the process, establishing a cadence to communicate statuses/blockers/bugs, and working closely with all parties to deliver results.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as a product manager or product owner of the software or tech-related product
2+ years of people management experience, leading high performing product teams
Knowledge of the full life-cycle of product/project development and leadership
Fluency in Polish and expert-written and verbal communications in English
Expert knowledge of Jira
Deep experience with agile methodologies and processes (plannings, reviews, demos, and retros)
Highly organized and skilled in balancing individual tasks alongside working with a team to establish a process and effective communication
An appetite for the ownership (and chaos) that working at a startup can bring
Comfort communicating both technical and non-technical requirements to our teams
Nice to haves/pluses:
Experience working in a remote environment across multiple time zones
Not every day - Availability in the evenings for meetings scheduled in the Polish time +9 hours is a plus (Polish 18:00 is 9:00 in LA)
Responsibilities:
Partner with engineering, design, data science and other cross-functional partners across the company to build end-to-end delightful experiences for Members.
Break down requirements into user stories, prioritize, and manage backlog day-to-day.
Develop a framework for a product development process that aligns and empowers teams to move quickly and be agile to achieve results- from design, product requirements, QA testing, to release.
Work with our executive leadership team and key stakeholders across the company.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned by providing updates and visibility on project status.
When you think the company needs to grow the product management team, hire and lead additional product managers.
