We're looking for an engineering manager for a Norwegian company whose mission is to make the B2B market efficient and transparent through our best-of-breed spend management solution. Our client is a venture-backed SaaS start-up (with investors like SN脰, Investinor) that has already been recognized as Top 50 to Watch in 2021 by SpendMatters, as well as the most promising and hottest start-ups by Norwegian Media in Finansavisen and Shifter.

Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in a similar position
-Deep knowledge of 3 out of following technologies (路Python, Go, Typescript,Continuous Integration, Docker, Kubernetes, 聽Elasticsearch, GraphQL, ReactJS, NodeJS, DBMS, MongoDB)
-strong problem-solving skills
-Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science
-Have expertise in software development and/or DevOps and write robust code of high quality, preferably having experience of being a tech lead previously
-Have a special interest in interpreting and analyzing big data
-Can work well in collaboration with other people and act solution-oriented and independent your work

Responsibilities:
-Develop a cloud based procurement software as a service with modern technologies
-Take lead in writing high quality, efficient and maintainable code
-Be involved in product discovery phase in order to provide a technical perspective and insights that will help Product Managers prioritize the right functionality
-Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to other tech leads and software engineers
-Determining the need for training and talent development, hiring and building teams
-Help shape the culture and working practices of a rapidly growing software company
