Are you our new (Senior) Quality Engineer?
Corporate Cyber Security Business R&D develops and delivers the products used by F-Secures B2B partners and end customers. We are a flat and agile software R&D organization consisting of Software Developers, Test Automation Specialists and Software Architects in several locations. We work closely with Product Management, who set high-level directions that we turn into product features and functionalities. We also work very closely with F-Secure Labs, who analyze cyber threats on a daily basis so we can understand how to beat the bad guys. F-Secure is very much a product organization, and without R&D, the majority of our B2B business wouldn’t exist.
If you love learning new technologies, AWS, diving into new frameworks and assignments, you are a fast learner we want to have you on board! Our teams have fluent and flexible ways of working, they self-organize and lead their own work to fulfill their goals. You are expected to do the same. However, whenever you need help, second opinion or a consultancy, seniors, experts, hackers are always available for you.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the quality of our F-Secure Corporate Cyber Security products
Take ownership and drive the evolution of quality practices
Work closely with team members to design and implement end-to-end tests
Participate in research and adaptation of new tools and practices
Participate in threat modeling and security assessments
Lead and mentor our developers about all aspects of quality
Using agile approach, you will be reviewing Business requirements to develop and implement test cases to help the team deliver new features and enhancements to our Corporate Cyber Security products.
You and your team in Poznań will communicate and collaborate daily with international stakeholders so effective communication and teamwork skills are key requirements
You will also have great opportunity to impact the way the quality is ensured for our products be helping to deliver, maintain and improve the automation of our regression testing and CI/CD processes.
What are we looking for?
3+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining automated testing for web applications in Agile way
Playwright, javascript/python coding & testing frameworks
Taking ownership in E2E testing of complex web portal solutions
AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Cloudfront, S3 etc.
