Frontend Developer

PDP Technologies is an Industrial 4.0 IoT technology provider, delivering real-time partial discharge (PD) monitoring services to owners of high-voltage and medium voltage assets.
Our mission is to help power companies and other equipment owners understand what's happening "under the hood" of their critical assets. PDP offers a non-invasive, fully managed SaaS solution that performs continuous (24/7/365) on-line PD monitoring of static and dynamic electric assets, such as transformers, busbars, power lines, generators, and turbines.
Now, we are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to work in our new office in Cracow. What will you do as a Frontend Developer:
• Design, implement and maintain our web application.
• Take full responsibility for our user interface.
• Participate in daily Agile & DevOps tasks.
• Work closely with the backend part of our system, our UX/UI designers.
• Design & code automations for testing your code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and inspire others to do the same.
• Bug-fixing within new and existing applications.
• Analyze software defects; figure out root cause, create software solution, test, and verify closure.
• Work with other discipline team members to drive practices and architecture forward.
What we are looking for in this role:
• At least 2 years experience as frontend developer in JavaScript, React, TypeScript.
• UX Experience, Funnels & Product understanding.
• Experience of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience is IoT / SaaS / Online systems- an advantage.
• CSS, vue – is a plus.
• Knowledge in GitLab CI/CD, testing frameworks and deployment procedures – an advantage.
• Experience with automated UI tests – an advantage.
• With passion for UI/UX and a good eye for details.
• Excellent English - Highly articulate and clear in both speaking and writing.
