Skills you'll need to bring:
- 2+ years of experience as IT Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Spoken and written English
- Good understanding and knowledge of IT market in Poland and its specific
- Ability to understand candidates' needs and match them with job opportunities
- Excellent sourcing skills
- Be able to provide the best candidate experience
- Proactiveness
- Problem-solving skills

- Maintain full recruiting life cycle recruiting
- Continuously build a pipeline of candidates
- Build strong and professional relationships with hiring managers
- Make your impact in continuously improvement of recruiting process
