- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
- Team player attitude who can build effective internal and external relationships
- Experience in problem-solving
- Some understanding of application's building concepts
- Experience in managing and verifying developers' tasks
- A good eye for details
- Personal commitment to continuous learning and improve
- Responsibility to deliver the project in the best possible way
- Some experience and knowledge in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish
- Some experience and knowledge in Atlassian management products (Jira, Confluence)
