About the project:
Industry: FinTech for Banking (client from Switzerland)
Product: Mobile Application Platform for banking consisting of Secure Browser and multiple plugins to provide native functionality to hybrid application (e.g., biometrics, camera, payment scanner, Apple pay, etc.)
We are looking for a mobile apps engineer to join our client’s engineering team who is curious and loves the challenge of solving problems. As an ideal candidate you have solid experience in iOS technologies and implementation of high quality products with a great passion to deliver excellent user experience.
Team: an international team, which is working in SCRUM (employees from Trimetis Services and from the client side)
Type of contract: B2B (employment contract possible)
Salary: 120-140 PLN net/h (on B2B)
Number of open vacancies: 2
Preferred scale of work: 8 hours/day and 18 days/month
Start date: asap, 100% remote, long-term cooperation
Your tasks:
- Working on a global Scrum team using the latest and greatest tools and technologies (SAFe methodology)
- Be part of our Mobile Application Platform (MAP) team
- Developing highest-quality applications for iOS
- Improving internal iOS development processes
- Fixing emergency software defects
- Direct cooperation with the team to work out the best solutions
- Improve and maintain the iOS part of our MAP product, consisting of a secure browser and multiple plugins to provide native functionality to hybrid application (e.g., biometrics, camera, payment scanner, Apple pay, etc.)
- You support our dedicated DevOps team to improve and maintain our iOS build pipelines
- You learn fast and like to define and implement new solutions
- You take ownership of defining the technical solutions, together with the rest of the team
Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of iOS development
- Strong knowledge of Swift
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of iOS build tools (eg. xcodebuild, Fastlane, CocoaPods, Gems)
- Very good knowledge in software development fundamentals and knowledge of architecture patterns & security concepts
- Experience with Jira, BitBucket, Confluence
- Experience with agile practices & processes (e.g., Kanban, Scrum)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the following technology stacks is a plus: Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker, Git
- Knowledge of the following programming / scripting languages is a plus: Bash, Groovy, Python, JavaScript
- Knowledge of the following web technologies a plus: TypeScript, React, npm, lerna
