Project
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be part of the Engagement Pages – UX team and at the same time a member of a cross-functional scrum team working together with other developers and collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and other members of the Customer Experience team.
You will be enabling a user-centered product development process and leveraging the power of design to inspire change reflecting user needs.
You will
- Be involved in the end-to-end design, development, and implementation process by translating customer problems into solutions, design from workflow and interactions to high fidelity visual designs. Be able to absorb multiple sources of feedback in the process, explore multiple hypotheses, and drive the decision-making process to ensure the best product experience
- Be involved in design processes across the product life cycle setting the vision for the user experience and managing collaboration with stakeholders
- Work closely with a collaborative and cross-functional team in developing and implementing a high-quality product experience in all stages of product development
- Represent the team in facilitating and contributing to design discussions and workshops, giving feedback in planning and product channels
- Follow user experience standards, and processes and implement UX methodologies
- Collaborate with other Customer Experience teams to evolve processes, and ensure consistency across all digital products
Must have
- At least +5 years of proven professional experience in user experience or user interface design, interaction, and digital product design
- Solid experience in consecutive delivery of comprehensive and intuitive end-to-end user experience design solutions
- Proven experience designing for consumer-focused telecom, e-commerce, fintech, banking, insurance-related products, and/or industries
- Strong ability to articulate reasons behind design decisions to stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team
- Passion for rapid design ideation and User-Centered Design
- Self-starter and has a strong desire for team collaboration and further development of leadership skills;
- Fluent in English – speaking and writing
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC, and other industry-standard wireframing tools
