Ivy Tech is an international IT company that works with high growth and innovative product companies. We are looking for a new team member to join our team on position Technical Recruiter.

Country/City: Poland (Warsaw preferred but also open for other cities)
Work experience: 3 years
Type of employment: Full time permanent, remote (B2B contract)
Must haves: Polish and English language skills, technical recruitment and team management experience, a great attitude and a desire to work with an internal team and global clients

Ivy tech’s management team is based in London and remote and the majority of our work is done in English.

Who are we looking for?
We are new to the Polish hiring market so that we can extend our service offering to existing and new clients. We are looking for someone who will help us build our recruitment strategy, team and processes in Poland. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a few years of hands-on recruitment experience and wants to take their career to the next level by running recruitment in Poland and making it their “own”.

Must Have:
- Strong 3 years of commercial full cycle recruitment experience in IT
- Upper-intermediate Polish and English (written/spoken)
- Team management experience
- Experience as a technical recruiter for IT market
- Excellent interview, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-organized, you know how to independently plan your and your team’s working time
- The ability to prioritize and meet the deadline
- Experience recruiting from Middle to Senior
- Experience in working with various recruiting tools
- Open-minded and proven experience to think creatively about new ways of recruitment

Nice to Have:
- Experience in a mentor role
- Intermediate Russian (written/spoken)
- Base level technical/coding experience
- Client facing experience

Responsibilities:
- Build new recruitment processes for our polish division
- Review and improve existing systems and processes
- Mentor and teach the existing team of strong junior recruiters to introduce them to the polish hiring market
- The full life cycle of recruitment (CV screening, active search by various channels, scheduling and conducting interviews, writing feedback, creating an offer) but mainly conduct technical interviews
- Maintenance of documentation and database of candidates
- Create a candidate persona for each open position
- Create weekly reports for ivy tech management and customers
- Responsible for team results in Poland and helping them in critical moments
- Mentoring team to help them become better at their jobs

Whom you will work with:
- You will report to our General Manager
- You will have a team of 3 strong junior recruiter under you
- You’ll be meeting at least monthly with the company CEO to work on strategy and give updates
