Android Application Engineer
16.000 - 19.000 PLN Kraków
You will be responsible for:
- Implement new features across the Android and Embedded Linux software stack (mostly in C/C++/Java);
- Take ownership of your own projects while pairing with senior engineers;
- Design and build mission critical systems, products and solutions that companies and consumers alike will rely heavily on;
- Contribute cross stack and learn wide variety of skills and technologies;
- Work with production systems and on-call process;
- Learn from and help shape our company's engineering culture;
- Troubleshoot, root cause and fix software bugs either from the field or those reported by our internal engineering teams.
We require:
- Expert knowledge of Java, C++, NDK, Android , Kotlin;
- Software development and testing experience on Android;
- Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open Source community;
- Strong problem solving & debugging skills;
- Strong attention to detail; passion for pixel-perfection and apps craftsmanship;
- Experience building, releasing and maintaining a large scale Android application;
- Advanced Android UI Skills (Fragments, Custom view components);
- Obsessed about performance and writing clean modular code;
- Knowledge of experience with unit testing, mocking and dependency injection frameworks;
- Knowledge of experience with application design patterns (MVC,MVVM, etc.);
- Ability to solve hard technical problems practically.
