The international IT company Andersen invites a  Business Development Manager to develop sales in the Healthcare domain. We guarantee you substantial wages, an extensive benefit package, and numerous corporate bonuses.

Today, the company is actively expanding its expertise in the Healthcare domain. For this reason, we need a proactive and experienced salesperson who is ready to negotiate with top managers from large international corporations. 


IT solutions for this sector are designed to help medical personnel, researchers, pharmacists, and insurance agents do their jobs faster and more efficiently, as well as optimize the processes of research, analytics, and other healthcare areas.

Tasks:

- Conducting commercial negotiations with representatives of customer companies;

- Drawing up, preparing, presenting, and defending commercial proposals; 

- Expanding the contact network and actively networking with the current customers to develop the business; 

- Cooperating with your team to find new potential customers and participating in the creation of marketing materials;

- Re-engaging customers;

- Going on business trips to meet customers.


Must-haves:

- Experience in active sales using various search channels for 5+ years;

- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced;

- Experience in collaborating/interacting with related departments to promote and sell products/services; 

- Experience in finding new customers and markets;

- Focus on the result and self-management skills;

- Creativity, the ability to handle stress, high energy, communication skills, and intelligence.


Nice-to-haves:

- Understanding of the specifics of work in medicine and healthcare; 

- Knowledge of additional languages.
