Project
As a UX Designer, you will be part of a cross-functional Scrum Team working together with other developers and collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, data scientists, and other members of the local and global UX Team.
You will be developing a self-service portal with dashboard and table views.
You will be enabling a user-centered product development process and leveraging the power of design to inspire change reflecting user needs.
You will
- Leverage industry best practices and tools to create wireframes flows and prototypes to communicate design intent to stakeholders
- Follow user experience standards, processes and implement UX methodologies
- Collaborate with other UX Designers, UX Researchers & UX Writers to review concepts, evolve processes, and ensure consistency across all digital products
- Prepare and run user interviews & user tests
Must have
- At least 2–3 years of proven professional experience in interaction, product, user experience, or user interface design and having consecutively delivered comprehensive and intuitive end-to-end solutions
- Proven design experience for industries like telecom, e-commerce, fintech, banking, insurance, etc.
- Strong ability to articulate reasons behind design decisions to stakeholders, customers, and the engineering team
- Passion for rapid design ideation and user-centered design
- Self-starter and a strong desire for team collaboration
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with Sketch and Figma
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice to have
- Knowledge of how to use analytical tools and data for making the right UX decisions
- Experience in UX research and User Testing methodologies
- Experience in performing Design Sprints or moderating Design Thinking sessions
- Experience with products based on Salesforce
- Working with Design System
- Adobe CC, Invision, and other industry-standard wireframing tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design, sociology, psychology, or IT-related field
