Project
The project deals with serving airline crews by聽providing a聽real-time system for planning, scheduling, tracking, and emergency support for thousands of crew members. It ensures that crews are properly authorized, experienced, and have enough rest to聽safely execute Flight Operations.
You will
- Develop, code, test and debug new moderately complex software solutions or enhancements to聽existing software in a聽maintenance capacity
- Work with technical staff to聽understand problems with software and resolve them
- Resolve customer complaints with software and responds to聽suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- Assist in development of software technical documentation
- Design and code moderately complex applications using routine and/or advanced technology
- Create optimization programs to聽resolve problems
- Design and build prototype applications
Must have
- Experience聽min. 7 years聽in developing Java
- Fully proficient with聽Java聽programming language and various Java EE technologies
- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with聽Spring, Hibernate聽and web services is a聽must
- Demonstrated knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- Understanding of聽Microservices designs聽and service-oriented architectures
- Experience with聽Apache Camel聽and/or ServiceMix
- Experience with聽MongoDB
- Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL)
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
Nice to have
- Experience with build tools Ant/Maven/Gradle
- Experience in聽XML/Web聽Services technologies
- Experience in JMS/MOM, JBoss, JMX, Drools a聽plus
- Agile experience is a聽plus
- Understanding of TDD practices and experience with聽JUnit/Unit Testing
