As Senior Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d) at Consultport, you'll be joining a high performing engineering team with a product focus and shipping mindset. You'll help to build features fundamental to the success of the business. Likewise, you'll be working on a well maintained codebase spread across Ruby on Rails, GraphQL and React, with a high test coverage and well-used conventions and patterns.

Write rock solid Ruby code that is secure, well tested and easy to maintain
Have senior-level experience with Javascript and React
Focus on understanding the product first, then start to code
Are a pragmatic engineer who enjoys creating simple, yet elegant solutions that works
Develop with passion for excellent User Experience
Have an eye for beautiful User Interfaces with pixel-perfect styling skills
Embrace true Agile principles & best practices
Have the ability to prioritize, justify and manage your own roadmap
Have at least 6 years of experience in projects written in Ruby and using React or similar libraries
Are fluent in written and spoken English
To work in an international cross-functional remote-first team with the option to work from our central office in Berlin, at any time

It would be a plus if...
You have prior experience with at least 2 different Start-Ups
You are familiar with the platform business
You have experience in React Native as well
Either you are based in Berlin or open to travel or relocation & have eligibility to work in the EU - even if we are remote-first, we love to meet each other often
Focus just on coding and forget about the bigger picture
Work in very large product team with lots of other engineers
Stick to only one language or framework
