We are looking
for QA Engineer in our team.
Examples of our projects:
- An app for B2B payments, which we developed a Pixel Perfect front for;
- A web app that educates future drivers using interactive videos and tests.
- An EHR system for a network of medical centers. It will be used by doctors
and patients to make appointments, view medical tests and write prescriptions
for medicine.
And what will you help us test? Responsibilities
of a QA Engineer:
- A QA Engineer
working at Syberry carries out all the testing activities, sometimes on several
projects at once:
- Analyzes feature
requirements;
- Prepares for testing: writes test documentation, obtains test data, prepares
testing tools;
- Deals with functional and non-functional testing;
- Communicates with a development team to clarify technical characteristics of
features;
- Bears responsibility for the quality of a client’s product;
- Communicates with a client via calls and messengers: conducts demos, answers
questions, finds out requirements;
- Mentors the QA engineers who have just graduated from Syberry Academy.
In the role of a
QA Engineer working at Syberry, we can see a person who:
- Has already
tested software for 1,5 years;
- Has tested web apps: conducted functional testing and basic security
testings, tested GUI, API (REST/SOAP), and Database (SQL/NoSQL) for back-end.
Has analyzed the received data using DevTools;
- Has tested functional requirements, business and end-user requirements;
- Has tested non-functional requirements: layouts, prototypes;
- Knows theory and can apply it: knows functional & non-functional types of
testing, understands the client-server architecture of web apps, understands
the role of QA in different development methodologies;
- Knows the English language at level В1 and will be able
to communicate with a client.
Other experiences
will prove useful as well:
- You have tested
a product developed from scratch;
- You have tested native and hybrid mobile apps;
- You have participated in UAT;
- You have conducted security testings using automated tools. You can analyze the
results of such testings;
- You have analyzed the results of testings and prepared reports;
- You have worked in the domains of healthcare and business process automation;
- You have worked with Charles, Redmine, and JIRA;
- You have a higher technical education.
