Currently, we are looking for:
Agile Coach / Scrum Master
Location: Krak贸w (center)
Hybrid work (min. 1 day in the office weekly)
Zakres obowi膮zk贸w / Responsibilities
Coaching our teams with Lean-Agile ways of working,
Playing Scrum Master role for聽2 Firmware teams (5-6 members each),
Being a part of聽R&D department - working with the most innovative projects,
Facilitating new initiatives and improvements,
Removing impediments that limit delivering value by our teams,
Participation in developing our ways of working based on Lean, Agile and Scrum principles.

Technologies:聽 C#, Python, Go, Java, IoT
Oczekujemy/ We expect
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
English B2+ (communication in the international environment),
Excellent communication skills,
Desire to learn and share knowledge with others,
Working knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and transparency.
