Under general direction, provides complex usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational user interaction.

You will

• Create, evaluate, and modify prototypes to support evolving software application development
• Develop user profiles with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analysis
• Assist in developing design concepts and implementation providing input on user design considerations. Develops and applies software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems
• Produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for products in development. Demonstrates comprehensive and advanced knowledge of the particular field of specialization
• Provide direction for the entire team in a matrix organization. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions. Decisions have a moderate to significant impact on the project team, project budget, department, work group, and/or client

Must have

• At least 5-7 years of experience
• Web/mobile application development experience/portfolio that demonstrates your application development experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Ability and desire to learn and work with new languages and technologies as needed

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Familiarity with PhoneGap
• Familiarity with server-side components such as Ruby on Rails, XML, SQL, etc.
• Experience using JavaScript and Ruby on Rails

• The budget is up to 150 PLN/h on B2B or 18 100 PLN on a standard work agreement
